Cancellation, Refund & Support

Important registration information for Go Beyond Retreat 2027.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be emailed to the GBR27 event secretariat at gbr@ceoclubsindia.org. Please include your registration reference.

Refunds are based on the date the cancellation request is received:

Cancellation received	Refund
On or before 14 Nov 2026 (90+ days)	90% (10% processing fee kept)
15 Nov – 14 Dec 2026 (60–89 days)	50%
15 Dec 2026 – 13 Jan 2027 (30–59 days)	25%
From 14 Jan 2027, no-show, or leaving early	No refund

Corporate billing	18% GST applicable. Mandatory document: GST Certificate.
Personal billing	18% GST applicable.
International guests	Registration details for international guests will be shared separately.
Payment	Direct transfer to CEO Clubs India, Kotak Mahindra Bank, A/c 323011028311, IFSC KKBK0007453. The credit card payment option will be available shortly.

Invoices will be issued once the payment has been reconfirmed and all required documentation has been submitted.
