What is GBR 27?

GBR — Go Beyond Retreat — is the flagship annual conference of CEO Clubs India. Now in its 7th edition, GBR brings together 300+ Chief Executives for 2 immersive days of world-class ideas, exclusive networking, and unforgettable

Hosted by the Bangalore Chapter in Goa, GBR 27 is themed around "The Five Senses + One" — a bold framework exploring how the greatest leaders sense, feel and choose the future.

The central proposition developed in the GBR27 direction is simple: the next decade may test discernment more than ambition. The event is conceived not as a high-energy conference but as a leadership recalibration – measured, strategic, confidential and intellectually rigorous.

The Five + One Senses of Leadership are used here as disciplines rather than decorative metaphors. Sight concerns strategic perception. Hearing concerns listening beyond noise. Opening, Awards & Gala

Arrivals and pre-event activities, followed by the Opening Ceremony, Keynote Address, CEO Clubs India Awards and the National Change of Guard. The day closes with the Gala Dinner – an evening of fellowship, entertainment and fine dining.

02Day 2 · Saturday13 February 2027

Ideas, Perspectives & Community

Speaker sessions and leadership conversations through the morning, followed by Eventscapes in the afternoon. The evening moves to Ouzo Del Mar, Varca, for chapter performances and a musical evening.

03Day 3 · Sunday14 February 2027

Voices & Farewell

A closing keynote and CEO’s Voice – lived stories and sharp ideas from CEO Clubs Members – followed by acknowledgements and departures.
